Welcome to Ashley's Pet Ranch. We are located less than five miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk in Frankford, in southern Delaware. Dog boarding in our cage-free environment, at our home, on our private 13 1/2 acres, starts a pleasant experience for your dog. All of your pets will have access to our large, fenced in yard among the pine trees. They will enjoy relaxing on our spacious decks with their new friends. Your pets will have our complete attention. Our mission is to provide your pet a safe, comfortable, and happy environment as we aim to establish and maintain lifelong relationships with you and your pets.

We offer an alternative to kenneling your pets while you are away from home by offering dog boarding without cages and pet sitting at your home. You can choose to board your dog here at Ashley's Pet Ranch, or we can schedule visits at your home for your pet sitting. We feel that our services will greatly reduce the stress placed on your pet and in turn provide them with a much happier life while you are away. While boarding your dog or sitting for your pet we will spend time with them; walking and playing. We do this because we absolutely love animals and truly enjoy their company, not just to fulfill a contractual obligation.

Due to our use of cage-free dog boarding at Ashley's Pet Ranch, we cannot accommodate aggressive pets. We only accept dogs with friendly temperaments that enjoy spending time with other dogs and are not a potential hazard to them or to staff members.

Vaccinations:
   As with any type of pet sitting and dog kennel or boarding facility, where pets are housed together, we require veterinarian proof of current vaccinations for Rabies, Bordetella, and DHLPP. Bordetella must be given every six months.

Flea protection:
   All dogs are required to have flea protection. Acceptable flea treatments are Frontline, Frontline Plus, Advantage, K-9 Advantage, and Revolution. This will ensure the comfort of all dogs boarded here.

Heartworm protection:
   All dogs must have veterinarian approved heartworm prevention. Acceptable products are Heartgard, Heartgard Plus, and Revolution.
